Ibarra Rosano Design Architects, in conjunction with CMG Landscape Architecture and Wayne Smith of The Farm at South Mountain, is currently designing an urban agrarian oasis which will be a centerpiece of cbd101, a large scale mixed-use project in Glendale, Arizona, which was master planned by will bruder+PARTNERS. The oasis will include a 10-acre working organic farm, public market and farmers market, restaurants, gallery and residences for visiting artists.
