A mixed use, mid-rise building west of Downtown Tucson - the initial iteration included a concrete podium system in which a hole in the podium is the heart, or perhaps more accurately "the lungs", of the project, features an arcing green space that rises from the ground level to the 85 residential dwellings at the podium level. While our first schematic design met with the clients' approval, changes in funding sources have recently required an increase to 220 residential units.
