IBARRA ROSANO DESIGN ARCHITECTS

Ibarra Rosano was charged with the complete visioning of this unique 10-acre urban space within a 76-acre master planned community for the city of Glendale, Arizona by acclaimed architect Will Bruder.

As Central Park is to New York, this organic farm was conceptualized as the green space for this community. The multi-faceted project, inclusive of a public market, 3 restaurants, an artist residence, organic farm and community center, is a model of integrated sustainable building and living practices. It is a space designed to receive office workers and residents in a space for community engagement, recreation and healthy living.
